R&D Director

Affilomania is a worldwide leader in internet marketing and optimization software development.
Its technology enhances online affiliate marketing, providing remarkable solutions to affiliates around the world in different industries.
The R&D Director will be in charge of day-to-day delivery aspects and projects and on improving the quality and capacity of the R&D team.
  • •Lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships.
  • •Responsible for the architecture, development and testing aspects of the product.
  • •Deal with high volumes of traffic and big data.
  • •Responsible for work methodologies and tools across all disciplines in the R&D and testing units, setting coding and coding review standards, testing standards, interfaces and hand-over procedures with internal customers, build and release management processes etc.
  • •Responsible for the full lifecycle of the product, from planning through development, testing and to supporting the product in production.
  • •Work closely within the R&D department to drive the R&D’s internal technological roadmap.

Requirements:

  • •Hands on experience – MUST!!!
  • •BSc/MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field - advantage.
  • •Demonstrable knowledge in web technologies including Angular/ PHP.
  • •Good knowledge in relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo).
  • •Experience in leading an R&D team.
  • •Experience in Online Marketing Technologies – advantage.
  • •A strong background in either Internet or Online products - advantage.
  • •Demonstrated team building and leadership skills.
  • •Highly dynamic and fast paced thinker.
