Job Description

  • Working Days & Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 8AM-5PM / 10AM-7PM (Fridays 8AM-16PM) on rotating shifts
  • Oversee the office’s front desk, admit guests and suppliers
  • Work closely with the company’s CEO and tend to his personal and professional requests
  • Schedule appointment and organize the meeting rooms
  • Full responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and logistics of the company’s offices and cafeterias (including liaising with the cleaning company, technicians, suppliers etc.)
  • Order and manage the logistics of the office supplies, food, drinks, daily breakfasts and catering
  • Coordinate and book hotels and flights for the company’s employees
  • Support the HR department: responsibility for the attendance reports, organize happy hours and company events, welcome new employees, order gifts, coordinate training and professional conventions
  • Sort and navigate incoming telephones, mail, invoices and payments
  • File, print and issue reports

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Good command of MS office, including Excel
  • Full proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent client-facing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
